I want to test the significance of DrugY on performance of Task1 for EACH child: (In this case each child is acting as their own control)
Classic Autism DrugY Child A VS. Classic Autism Placebo Child A
Classic Autism DrugY Child B VS. Classic Autism Placebo Child B
Classic Autism DrugY Child C VS. Classic Autism Placebo Child C
Classic Autism DrugY Child D VS. Classic Autism Placebo Child D
Then, I want to compare the averages between DrugY and Placebo on Task1
Classic Autism DrugY AVERAGE VS. Classic Autism Placebo AVERAGE

Then, I want to do the same with healthy children again each child will act as their own control:
Healthy DrugY Child A VS. Healthy Placebo Child A
Healthy DrugY Child B VS. Healthy Placebo Child B
Healthy DrugY Child C VS. Healthy Placebo Child C
Healthy DrugY Child D VS. Healthy Placebo Child D
Again, I want to compare the averages between DrugY and Placebo on Task1

Then, for the same task I was to compare
