Survey Results Help

Hi,

We did a survey of our staff in March and had 23 respondents. We redid the exact same survey in July with 19 respondents.

We would like to compare the answer percentages but we need to normalize it first for the percentages to make sense. Any idea on how to do this?

Example:

Question 19
March: 20 Agree (87%) , 1 NA (4%) , 2 Disagree (9%)
July: 15 Agree (79%), 1 NA (5%) , 4 Disagree (16%)

Thank you in advance!
