I might as well state my goals as well. I weighed in at 204.5 lbs yesterday. I weigh 202.5 today. My goal is to lose 10 lbs in the next 30 days. My secondary goals are to reduce portion size and bike to work every day its not raining for the next 30 days.
Trinker, this isn't the TSBC! Nobody cares about your cycle shorts

I'm on MapMyRun. If others get on it (you can record things manually; you don't need to gps your runs; you don't even need a smartphone), we can form a TS group on there or something. It'll, you know, do the work for you.
**HOWEVER** the intensity i run at is set at 11 (whatever that means) which almost feels like you're running in goo... so in honour of Dason's student, i believe my elliptical miles should be measured using the following formula:
\([x^{0}ln(e)cos(0)]*(everybody'smiles+1), x \in \mathbb{R}\)
It was misnamed. It should have been the TSEC. Otherwise it's discriminatory and risks a lawsuit. Do you want that on your hands? I think not. I also see this was more of a collective deal but TE lead me astray.
Besides BG 1 mile? I thought you were going to contribute

Why are some people only accumulating their own personal total distances and others are accumulating the total distance for everyone in the thread? Historically haven't we always done it the latter way?
