Two-way interactions in Three-way interactions model?

Hello ! I am doing regression analysis using interactions and I ran into a situation that I am not familiar with:

I designed my hypotheses so that my first hypothesis can be tested using a two-way interaction, and my second hypothesis can be tested in a three-way interaction:
Now, when I ran a model, two-way interactions turned out to be NOT significant. But when I included a three-way interaction term, that two-way interaction in the model turned out to be significant. So I am curious what this means? Would it be okay for me to use and report the significant two-way interactions in the three-way interaction model? Or should I just use the non-significant two-way interaction only model?

I'd really appreciate your help in this matter !
