I have a setup where I want to compare three measuremens to ten reference measurements. My problem is that in order to do this I need to block a term in the model. When I have even amounts of references and samples this is done quite easily as a "fit X by Y". But with an unbalanced design JMP gives me an error saying "Blocking ignored because cell counts were unequal".
Is there a way to handle this?
