urgent help needed with assignment

Hi guys

I am in urgent need of some help with a question for an assignment due in a few hours. It involves using minitab. It goes as follows:


Retrieve the Minitab worksheet (exercis1.mtw) which contains the panel averages of the descriptive sensory analysis of halloumi cheeses. To open this, "Open worksheet" from the File menu.

Column 1 contains a code to identify the brand (1 .. 10)
Column 2 contains a code to describe the cooking process:
1 = raw
2 = fried
3 = grilled
Column 3 contains a code to identify the age of the cheese
1 = young
2 = old
Columns 4 to 26 contain the data
Column 27 contains a code to identify the combination of brand
and cooking

Carry out analyses of variance to establish:
a) whether there are differences between the brands
b) if so, which flavour or texture terms show differences
c) whether there are differences due to the cooking processes
d) if so, which flavour or texture terms show differences
e) whether there are interactions of brand and cooking
f) if so, which flavour or texture terms show interactions

I am having difficulty in understanding what way the data should be analysed. If anyone can help I will send them the worksheet so they can give me advice.

I have been at it all day, just really need some info on what I should be looking at i.e. what i should put in were and when. Think its a two way annova but cant make sense of it all just really need someone to look at it and give me their thoughts I can do the rest.
