Welch ANOVA and covariates

#1
I had planned, because of lack of homogeneity of variance for some of my variables (homoscedasticity) to run a Welch's ANOVA and to use bootstrapping. I also have a number of covariates proposed for the (original) analysis. The Welch's ANOVA is only available for one-way ANOVA's on SPSS (no allowance for covariates).
Is there a way to run this? Do I run the regular ANCOVA with bootstrapping or do I run the Welch's ANOVA without the covariates (and with bootstrapping as well.)

To clarify, I am looking at group assignment (3 groups) on 3 outcome variables (and I intended to have 4 covariates).
