what to do next...

Hi - I'm a doctor by trade, and my statistics knowledge is somewhat limited. I'm involved in a project which aims to compare the accuracy of an electronic dosing calculator (for an antibiotic drug) with that of human prescribers.

The correct dose is dependent on assessing a time interval and a blood test, then deciding when to give the antibiotic.

We need to demonstrate statistically, that, the electronic dosing tool is more reliable than human dosing. 200 dosages where calculated by machine and human separately: timing intervals, blood test values and dosing decisions were all logged.

The question is what to do with these data...
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
