Whether to Include Treatments with 0 means Nonlinear Modeling

I'm trying to compare the effect of temperature on developmental rate using various nonlinear models. The temperatures range 10-35 degrees C.

At the 10 and 35 degree treatments I get no development. I want to know if I should include my 0 development data when fitting my nonlinear models. Looking at the literature it seems to vary whether authors use these 0 data points when constructing the curves or to exclude them and let the models do it. What is the accepted practice?
