Which statistical test?

Hey there,
I have an experiment involving 2 groups of people: a control and a test.
There were 30 different people in each group and the test group were given a drug X. The control group were given a placebo.
I measured the change in blood concentration of X in both groups at time intervals of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes after drug administration. of course for the test group there was no change and had a concentration of zero throughout.
Which statistical test would I use to help determine whether there is a significant difference between blood concentration of X at the different time intervals between the two groups as well as a significant difference in blood concentration of X of the same group, e.g. is X significantly different in the test group at time point 30 minutes compared to 15 minutes?
Thanks in advance!
