Which variables are continuous

I am to perform regression analysis for the following data.
'data.frame':475 obs. of 9 variables:
$ Age : num 75 69 75 67 71 75 73 60 78 77 ...
$ Weight : num 76 102 94 99 98 100 114 110 107 89 ...
$ BloodPressure : num 3.87 3.74 3.74 4.12 4.36 ...

$ Hemoglobin_in_g/100ml : num 138 134 176 134 151 130 126 146 130 156 ...
$ Tumor_size : num 1.41 1.73 2 5.83 3.16 ...
$ Tumor_stage : num 8 9 8 8 11 9 9 10 6 8 ...
$ Phosphate_level : num 0.741 0.741 1.162 0.959 1.027 ...
$ Stage: Factor w/ 2 levels "3","4": 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 ...

I am supposed to use only "continuous" variables. Sorry I am new.Can you help indicate the continuous variables?

They all seem continuous to me, with the exception of Stage. It seems ordinal. Some people may treat it continuous or not. The question to ask is if a one unit increase in the variable is constant and linear between stages.

It depends if the numbers are real measures or just levels assigned to something. You can code catholic, protestant and neither as 1.1, 1.2. 1.3. They are still nominal data.
