Comparing Correlation Coefficients

New Member
I currently work in the field of imaging. My question is in regards to comparing correlation coefficients.

I have two image sets (which have an attached correlation coefficient) one has n1 number of image slices and the other has n2 number of image slices where n1 is not equal to n2.

I want to know if the two correlation coefficients have a statistically significant difference between them.

I have looked into something called Steiger's Z-test but am unsure if this is the correct method for the situation addressed above.

I'd appreciate your input on the subject. If you have any other questions to help clarify the situation don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for your time.
