Comparing habitat use across seasons - what test can I run

I've got some data on deer habitat use across 4 seasons and 6 different habitat types. I would like to test whether habitat use differs between the seasons but I can't work out what stats test would be suitable. Is anyone able to help me out?

Also - I am unsure whether to use the raw data values (which is area in meters) or to use percentages (i.e. 25% grassland, 12% woodland etc) as percentages is more comparable across seasons as they will always total 100 whereas the raw data has slightly different totals as some seasons more area was covered than others.

Hope this makes sense. I've attached the excel file of data.

(p.s. I'd ideally like to run the test in R but I can also use SPSS)
