Comparing the mean of two tests within subjects with different scores

Hi,

I need to analyse these data in which I basically have the same subjects doing
-the first half of the test in condition A with a score from 0 to 3
-the second half of the test in condition B with a score from 0 to 12.
I cannot make them equal because the second scoring system allows a better understanding of the problem. I need to run a correlation analysis on these data. Any idea on how can I do it?

Your title says comparison of means, your question asks for a correlation analysis?
What is your research question, and how large is your sample size?

I have a complex design. 19 participants who did 11 items each. Each item has three variables to consider. And additionally, is a counterbalance design so each participant did half of the test in condition A and half in condition B or viceversa, and each of these conditions is evaluated in a different way. I have no idea where to start honestly.

Basically that the second half (part B), works better than the first condition (A). Each item is assessing three components of the same cognitive functions! We are looking as well at the interactions between these three components! Thank you so much for your help.
