Constructing a Nonparametric confidence interval

The following data consist of six TcCB measurements from a particular site:
0.26 1.84 0.78 1.59 0.84 1.53
Use the table below to construct the shortest possible non parametric confidence interval for x 0.25 (25th percentile) assuming that the confidence level must be at least 80%.



So, I know that xp is contracted as [x(r), x(s)] where 1≤ r ≤ n-1 and 2≤ s ≤ n.
therefore in this case 1≤ r< 5 and 2≤ s ≤ 6.
