F- Value to T- value in an ANOVA test

#1
So i did a minitab ANOVA test, it spat out a F-Value.
A question in an assignment needs me to give them a t-statistic.

Can i use this F-value as the t-statistic? Or do i need to do some sort of calculation to get the T-statistic.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, ive looked online for about an hour now with no luck.

The f-value is 340.60 if that helps. I thought t-statistics were supposed to be between 1-100 so thats why im second guessing it.

H0: The flight time of an unweighted paper plane is = to the flight time of a weighted plane

H1: The flight time of an unweighted paper plane is ≠ to the flight time of a weighted plane.

variables are the weight level of each plane tested, and the flight time in seconds.

exact question is "b) Use Minitab to carry out the ANOVA on your data
(i) State the test statistic and corresponding p-value. "
Ive attached the ANOVA output too.

I don't see anything in the question about a t-test? A d if you just have two groups you should be fine using the f-test.

I can make out your output on this small device I am using!
