Hypothesis testing and minitab

New to the site - I've managed 11 out of 13 questions for my final set of Master Black Belt homework but now stuck!
Can anyone offer an explanation to this question and how it could be answered in minitab? I've had a very extensive look online and found multiple solutions but cannot work out how they have got to the answer or how it could be done in minitab. I have to provide an explanation with the solution.

Q1: A soft drink machine can be regulated so that it discharges an average
of u ounces per cup. If the ounces of fill are normally distributed
with standard deviation equal to .3 ounces, give the setting for u
so that eight-ounce cups will overflow only 1% of the time.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I've pretty much exhausted all the options except to ask for some support online. I've done all the reading around the topic that I can, watched a variety of teach backs online and searched for the answer/explanation on the web! Still stuck!!

Dason's is just saying you can just post a question. What part in particular is the issue, what are your guesses related to approaches?

Hint overflow risk seems one-sided, what is the standard normal value related to 1%?
