Nested Case Control Study

#1
Hi,

I have 195 cases and I want to find 4 randomly controls. Can I use propensity score matching to find controls matched to the cases?

Before that, I have compared 350 cases and 6000 controls to find variables with significant differences. Then I used those variables (gender, age, hypertension) in propensity score matching to find controls matched to the cases.

May i know whether we can use propensity score to find controls? Looking to hearing for any comment.

Thank you.
