The 97.5 percentile of X is the number such that 2.5% (ie .025) of the values of X are greater than it. You will probably want to use your wisdom about normal tables.

Listen - tables are tables. Why do you gotta go around calling them of them normal and isolating the other ones making them feel like freaks? Is that what the F in F-table stands for?
