I have a study to establish the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with different internet banking services. Part 1 is the demographic and Part 2 are the Customer Satisfaction and Attributes of Satisfaction which were measured using the 5 Point Likert Scale questionnaires. The questionnaire measured the Credibility (5 Questions), Efficiency (5 Questions), Ease of USe (3 Questions), Security (3 Questions), Problem handling (5 Questions) and Product/Service Portfolio (2 Questions). Total of 6 variables. How do I set the dependent and independent variables for this data to relate the consumer satisfaction?
