What tests can I use?

Basically, I have to variables Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Black Smoke.

I have to test whether black smoke influences the level of CO in the atmosphere at a specific site.

I'm not particularly good at stats, can someone please let me know what tests I can do on Minitab to test correlation. So far I have done a standard correlation, spearman's rank and a simple scatterplot.

Please let me know how I have to lay out the data for any suggested tests too, thanks.

You can do linear regression (which mintabs does) with CO your DV and black smoke your IV. I assume you measure both smoke and CO as interval variables.
